Job Description:
PrecisionMD Wellness and Weight Loss is currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Part-Time Health Coach to join our team, providing a combination of telemedicine and in-person support to our clients.
Our clinic specializes in comprehensive weight loss programs, hormone testing and replacement for both men and women, health and nutrition counseling, and various other wellness services.

Responsibilities:
? Conduct virtual and in-person health coaching sessions with clients, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their weight loss and wellness goals.
? Collaborate with clients to develop personalized wellness plans based on their unique needs, preferences, and health conditions.
? Educate clients on nutrition, healthy eating habits, exercise routines, stress management techniques, and other relevant lifestyle modifications through telemedicine platforms and in-person consultations.
? Monitor and track clients' progress, providing ongoing encouragement, motivation, and accountability remotely and during face-to-face interactions.
? Offer resources, tools, and strategies to help clients overcome obstacles and make sustainable lifestyle changes, both in virtual and in-person sessions.
? Stay updated on the latest research and evidence-based practices related to weight loss, nutrition, and overall wellness to provide current and relevant information during coaching sessions.
? Maintain accurate and organized client records using our virtual health platform and in-person documentation.
Requirements:
? Certification or relevant degree in health coaching, nutrition, wellness, or a related field.
? Experience in health coaching, preferably with a combination of telemedicine and in-person settings.
? Passion for promoting holistic wellness and supporting individuals in achieving their health goals.
? Strong knowledge of nutrition, exercise, behavior change theories, and lifestyle modification strategies.
? Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to establish rapport and provide clear guidance remotely and in-person.
? Empathetic and compassionate approach, with the ability to motivate and inspire clients to take action towards their wellness goals.
? Ability to adapt coaching strategies to suit the individual needs and preferences of clients in both virtual and face-to-face interactions.
? Proficient in using telemedicine platforms and technology for virtual consultations and comfortable with in-person consultations.
? Strong organizational skills, with the ability to effectively manage client schedules and maintain accurate records in both telemedicine and in-person settings.
? Availability to work part-time, with flexibility in scheduling coaching sessions based on client needs, both virtually and in-person.
