The Maintenance techs responsibilities will include:
helping complete all resident's maintenance requests, getting vacant units ready for new move-ins and serving our residents.

Several years of field experience in light plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, drywall is preferred.
Pay will be between $14 -$16 an hour depending on your experience, skills and what you bring to our team.
Plus monthly commissions every time a resident renews their lease.
