Job Description:
The Warehouse Lead will be responsible for the daily operations of the warehouse.
This individual will work with the Warehouse Manager to ensure that all warehouse items are received, stored, processed, and distributed in an efficient manner.
This individual will also be responsible for ensuring that all warehouse employees are trained on their roles and responsibilities.
This individual will be responsible for ensuring that all warehouse equipment is maintained and properly used.
This individual will also be responsible for ensuring that all employees are trained on their roles and responsibilities.

Responsibilities:
Ensure all warehouse items are received, stored, processed, and distributed in an efficient manner.
Ensure that warehouse employees are trained on their roles and responsibilities.
Ensure that all warehouse employees are compliant with standard operating procedures (SOP's) and Company policies.
Ensure that inventory is properly recorded, organized, maintained, processed, distributed, inventoried, reconciled, and accounted for in a timely manner.
Maintain a high level of safety by following Company policies and procedures; complying with OSHA regulations; complying with all applicable state and local regulations; following company procedures regarding the handling of sensitive or confidential information; complying with any COVID-19 requirements.
Provide solutions to problems when they arise by providing timely information; taking appropriate action; communicating effectively with other employees; participating in daily decision making; completing required reporting activities.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Education:
Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required in Supply Chain Management or a related field preferred.
A minimum of 2 years' experience in a warehouse environment preferred but not required.
