Administrative/Program Assistant (Part-Time)
Responsibilities:
As an Administrative/Program Assistant, you will:
Assist the Executive Director and Program Manager in planning, coordinating, and executing programs and events for women.
Oversee the organization's database, website, social media, and email communications.
Create reports, newsletters, flyers, and other materials as required.
Manage general administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, scheduling meetings, organizing documents, and procuring supplies.
Collaborate with staff, volunteers, partners, and sponsors to ensure the achievement of the organization's mission and vision.
Qualifications:
Education and
Experience:
A high school diploma or equivalent; some college or relevant experience preferred.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, social media platforms, website operations, and various online tools.
Communication Skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Problem-Solving and Attention to Detail:
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Teamwork and Independence:
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Position Details:
This is a part-time position (20 hours per week) with a flexible schedule.
The salary range is $15-$18 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
