Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome patients and visitors at the front desk - Register patients by verifying their demographic information and insurance details - Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar - Answer phone calls and provide information or direct calls to the appropriate department - Collect co-pays and process payments - Maintain patient records and ensure accuracy of information - Assist with medical support tasks as needed Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients, visitors, and healthcare professionals - Knowledge of medical terminology, physiology, and coding procedures - Ability to accurately take vital signs and record patient information and perform testing.
