We are seeking a motivated Leasing Agent to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for real estate and customer service, with excellent administrative and sales skills.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct property tours for potential tenants - Assist in the leasing process from application to lease signing - Respond to inquiries from prospective tenants - Maintain accurate records of prospective and current tenants - Coordinate move-ins and move-outs - Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) software for tenant interactions - Negotiate lease terms and rental rates - Perform data entry tasks accurately - Collaborate with property management on maintenance requests - Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) for property upkeep Requirements:
