Job Description

We are hiring for a company located in Decatur Al

Schedule from:
1 shift Shift time 6am until 4:
30pm Monday- Thursday 2
nd shift time 4pm until 2:
30am Monday- Thursday

Duties and
Responsibilities:

Start machine at beginning of shift and properly shut it down at the end of the shift if

not immediately turning over to the next shift.

Organize line crew in an efficient manner to complete the following tasks:

Making boxes

Loading cartons

Manning the check weigh station

Inspection of product

Keeping material points on line stocked (glue pots, carton magazines, tape

machine, etc.)

Boxing into shippers

Ensure quality product leaves the line

Meet or exceed daily production requirements.

Maintain a clean work area and use proper sanitation methods.

Maintain and control scrap for film, powder, and cartons and shippers at or below

acceptable levels.

Maintain NPC quality standards.

Maintain proper, complete and legible records.

Ensure that safety policies are adhered to.

Practice and enforce NPC GMP s, including the dress code.

Monitor and adjust equipment as necessary to accomplish both production and quality


Work Experience

WILL NEED RESUME

At least two years experience operating machinery in an industrial environment or

promotion from within NPC.

Good communication and leaderships skills.

Mechanical aptitude.

Self motivated.

Strong work history.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
