Aramark is currently looking for a custodial manager for a corporate client in lovely Decatur, Alabama!! If you like leading a team, training and developing your staff then this is the job for you!Responsibilities of this Custodial Manager are:Manage and direct all aspects ofindustrial cleaning and janitorial services at this facility.Manage the services provided in the plant facilities and the office spaceDiscipline employees as required.Maintain all records as required.Manage projects and insure completion.Schedule work loads and revise as need dictatesOversee and monitor training of allcleaning employeesInsure that all safety training is completed for employees as required.Insure that cleanliness standards are maintained within the facility.Insure that equipment and company assets are properly maintained and usedMaintain supply inventoryInspect areas for schedule compliance.Maintain contact with customers concerning cleaning issuesLead daily safety talks1.5 M SF with 300,000 cleanable square feetSelected candidate will have at least 3 years of experience managing janitorial / industrial cleaning servicesIdeal candidates will possess a high energy level and previous supervisory experience. In addition, highly developed interpersonal, analytical and communication (written and verbal) skills are essential to thesuccess in this role. The ability to manage in a diverse environment with focus on client and customer services is also a key success measure.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
